Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on a combination of the products purchased, address destination and shipment methods while taking into account any applicable promotional shipping offers.
Determining shipping charges is as simple as 1-2-3:
1. Add the product(s) to your shopping cart
2. Go to the "Calculate Shipping" section in your cart and enter the destination zip code
3. Click the “Calculate Shipping” button
Shipping Methods:
- FlooringStore makes every effort to ship all products in the fastest and least expensive method available (expedited shipping methods are available for an additional cost).
For smaller items our shipping options are:
- Standard Ground: Your product will be delivered in estimated 5 to 7 business days after the product leaves the warehouse. Our chosen provider is UPS, but we may use Fedex or United States Postal Service.
- UPS 3 Day: Your product will be delivered in 3 business days after the product leaves the warehouse.
- UPS 2 Day: Your product will be delivered in 2 business days after the product leaves the warehouse.
- UPS Next Day: Your product will be delivered the next business day after product leaves the warehouse.
For larger items that require truck delivery our shipping options are:
- Freight Carrier: Your product will be delivered curbside via truck transportation personnel.
- White Glove: This is a premium shipping service for delivery inside your home. Service is available on select products. Look for the White Glove icon on the product detail page.
